Once all your info is obtained such as your account number and entered, everything is very cut and dry, making the app very simple to use and keep track. I very much appreciate being able to see all financial items such as payment due, due date, remaining balance, line of credit, etc all in one simple location. Taking away the need to search, scroll, and click in multiple locations as some apps tend to make you work to keep track throughout various pages. I love technology, but thankfully this is not an app where you curse said technology. Kudos to the developers.

Please, don’t get this app. This app randomly crashes for no reason, won’t save payment information, won’t save login information, etc. I bought a John Deere tractor and set up Auto Pay in the app to be deducted from my bank account. I got all the confirmation details saying it was set up correctly. I assumed everything was okay. Then months later my tractor was on the brink of getting repoed because this app FAILED to submit my monthly payment AND FAILED to notify me of this issue. Because of this app’s issues I had to pay a LOT of late fees, on top of all of my other stresses of keeping my tractor after such a terrible experience. If this issue persists we will have no other choice but to go with another Tractor brand. Do yourself a favor and (1) Stay FAR AWAY from John Deere and (2) Do NOT download this app. It’s ran by a bunch of scam artists and thieves.

This was very easy to do customer service. Yesterday was very awesome. Helped me set up everything I needed to set up after being with them for many years, I finally took time to download the app and customer service walked me through. Everything lady was very nice very knowledgeable. I wish I would’ve got her name because she was awesome to deal with. They have a very good employee with her. she took her time and helped me throughout the whole process even though I wasn’t set up and downloaded app or anything when talking to her, she let me do all of it right then and there.
