Ford Credit

A few months ago I wrote in requesting a feature to help track your mileage against your lease mileage limit and to help understand why your overage charges would be at the end of the lease term. Lo and behold, after the next app update came out this precise feature was added. Seeing the feature that I described and requested brought to life was an amazing experience and this feature is every bit as helpful as I had hoped.

This is my second review as I am not able to comment after the developer responded to my original review. The FordPass app and the Ford Credit app are absolutely garbage. My original review described how the Ford Credit app does not allow me to make lease payments and I’m getting an error message saying that they do not accept commercial customers. The developer responded to say that the app doesn’t support commercial customers and I must use the account manager on their website. You’ve gotta be kidding me! Do these people even read the reviews? Obviously not!!! I AM NOT A COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER, THATS THE POINT. After getting a response to my original review four months after it was left, with absolutely no help, and a complete lack of reading comprehension on behalf of the developer, I don’t expect much from this second review. The fact that I’m not able to make a lease payment on the Ford Credit app, every single day now CarPlay does not work in the vehicle and must do a soft reset, and my phone rarely works as a key are the reasons I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be getting another Ford when my lease is up. It’s 2025 FORD, fix your garbage tech and hire people that know how to read.
