The app has so many flaws. If you have a different app open and try to answer a call you can’t answer. I can’t even make a call because it inputs the phone number wrong.

It’s nice when it works. It’s helpful to be able to go back & look at phone calls & information after the call. Down side it quits ringing through the cell phone from 1 to 20 hours with no apparent reason. Very frustrating when you’re trying to answer business calls and the app won’t work. Can’t transfer calls without about using the app when it’s down. Also it would be nice to be able to change the ring tone from expert connect calls & personal calls because when they are all the same it’s like being at work 24/7. Again nice when it works but great improvement could be done.
