After being forced to update the app, I can longer get the vehicle insurance ID cards. Tapping the ID card icon gets no response.

Zero stars. I miss the Routely DriveDown experience so much. The DD experience in MobileAgent is FAR too sensitive. I get docked for “distracted driving” every day in my garage and in the parking lot at work. I should absolutely be able to use my phone while parked without my score being impacted, but I am not even doing that much, it docks me for simply *unplugging* my phone when I’ve parked. That’s too sensitive. I had a streak of over 300 trips on Routely, but can’t get even 1 perfect trip on the MobileAgent experience. I also wish I could see my so-called “events” on the trips preview tab instead of having to tap into each trip to see what imaginary violation I’ve been charged with.

I have change my password every time I use the app. Most of the time it will say “unable to finish completing account” (or something similar). I’ve had to call to get something reset, & they literally just click something to fix it. Now I keep getting emails saying I need to review documents but then I can’t even get logged in to view them. I’ve reset the password AGAIN, but now it takes me to a page asking me to click agree to terms. When I click that it takes me right back to the login screen. It’s basically useless.
