I am extremely frustrated with this app. One of its major shortcomings is the inability to save passwords, which makes using it a hassle. Every month, without fail, I’m notified that my password is incorrect, prompting me to go through the cumbersome process of resetting it. This monthly ordeal is not only inconvenient but also deeply aggravating. Additionally, the automatic payment feature is more trouble than it’s worth, often leading to errors and complications. If I could, I would give this app a zero rating, as it seems to have no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Every time I go to sign in to make my monthly payment and or check my balance it tells me my information is incorrect when it is not . Then it prompts me to do a password change and I have done that every single time just to make a payment & im running out of passwords to use ! Please fix this issue it’s more of a hassle then anything this is why I rated it with one star it shouldn’t be happening every single time or at all when the information is correct. I could understand if I didn’t put the correct email and password but that is not the case .

I have the same exact problem as the person with a previous review. Every single time I go to make a payment or log on my password is incorrect and they lock my account and i have to go on the phone and have someone help me. It's just too inconvenient of an app. It's not even clear balances and able to make other payments or even additional payments to get ahead. App is not useful at all I'd give it zero starts if i could. Save yourself some time and stress and call in your payment
