I get texts that I got a new document in my portal and I use the link, but nothing is there when the app opens and I don’t have the message feature. I have a iPhone 15 and I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it and logged out and logged back in and still nothing. Unsatisfied with the app.
I have never been able to open the new message
Bro, take the cancel button off of the main options and put it in the corner somewhere. The natural inclination is to press the button to the furthest right to get to the next page. Instead I found myself canceling and having to re enter data several times. Home page takes several seconds to load. Appointments didn’t show until I clicked into it.
