The new app for processing claims is so much better than in the past. It’s easy takes 5 minutes and seems to get processed much faster than before. Thank you.

Almost every time I’ve had to resubmit the receipt even though a previous one with the same info was accepted once but not the next time. It’s frustrating knowing that I put the money in and it’s hard to get out out. Also it tends to duplicate words so I spend time trying to delete them (and it seems like there are a hundred duplicates). Really frustrating.
