As someone who has spent a few bucks on the game. Started playing it in the last couple days. If you’re wondering where the paywall is, it’s at the end of chapter 4. I have an entire legendary team, I did actually buy 2 of them because I thought they were cute and the game had kept me fairly entertained while I was bedridden. However after leveling 4 times the boss still just waves his stupid spear and takes out half the team, they beat him back and as soon as they’re about to win either he does the spear thing again taking out the rest of the team or I “fail” with 15 seconds left on the clock. I don’t know if there is anything past chapter 4 at this point because the boss seems ridiculously overpowered for where you’re suppose to be or the fail condition is just stupid. How do you fail due to time with time left on the clock??
It’s been a while since I’ve gotten to play a gatcha that looked fresh and unique. You can tell there was a lot of care and effort put into all the visual aspects. I hope they continue to update the game!
When I first started the game I was a bit disappointed, thinking that I just had to get past the tutorial. Unfortunately that was close to the entire sum of the game. You go from level to level to watch boring battles. -It’s honestly kind of hard to look at, stiff pngs, some with the same bland loop, a lot of the ui is cluttered and can be more troublesome than it should be. -I can’t tell if the music is AI generated or if it’s really just that bad. -The story? There’s zero buildup, you’re immediately thrown into still pngs with the most skippable text. -Characters are all barely clothed eye candy, so don’t go expecting to play this in public if you don’t want judging eyes to quickly turn into sleeping ones. I think this game is newish at the time I’m making this review? Giving it three stars just out of pity and the starting rewards being fairly generous. Maybe in the future it’ll turn into a good game as it has the potential. Right now? It is not in that state at all. Unless you really love idle-like gacha games you can try it and maybe you’ll even end up liking it…? Otherwise I would not recommend this game. (If you’re feeling indecisive to try the game or not, it has a smallish update when launching it and once that’s done you can play it for a couple of minutes and you’ll pretty much get the entire gist of the game.)
