I made a redemption almost a month ago and haven’t received anything except an email stating that they will send me another email on the date they redeem my money. I made a redemption for $400. to get part of the money I have lost playing at this casino. I wanted to see how long it would take to get the money back into my account before I spent anymore. I am very disappointed because I was hoping that I had found an online casino that I could trust to play at home. I don’t know what is taking so long to get my money back. Am I really going to get my redemption back? Are you taking advantage of the people playing with real cash? I need to get a response soon. Thanks.

This site is a scam!!!!!! They pay you your small withdrawals to hook you in then won’t pay you the big ones. I made 7 redemptions through this site , from 6 dollars to 40 dollars. All the redemptions went through smooth. Then when I hit for almost $300 all of a sudden there is inconsistencies in my pay pal account and they wouldn’t pay. However they took the money from the account to play the game and continued taking deposits from the same PayPal account (4-$10 deposits). So if there was inconsistencies enough not to pay then why did they continue taking the money. I’ll tell you why because they are scammers!!!!!! This is a Chinese company and they won’t pay when they don’t want to and there is nothing you can do about it. After going back and forth with them for a month I reported them to the FBI cybercrime. I doubt anything comes of it but if enough people report it maybe they will shut them down!!!!!!!!!

It has been over 10 days and I’ve not been paid out for numerous redemptions. I have reached out to customer service dozens of times. Literally dozens. I just keep getting ignored. So disappointed. Will not be putting any more Money in since I can’t get it back. I’ve been told to contact the in app customer service from the developer. I have been I have been contacting the the in app customer service for 2 weeks now. Daily. I’ve emailed also. I appreciate the response to my post from the developer but it doesn’t do me any good when I can even get a response in the app customer service. Update: it has now been a full month of no communication and most upsetting, none of my 6 redemptions have been granted. I tested the app and used check in money to play and I won $1.24 I did a redemption and it was given to me in less than 30 min. Obviously my other redemptions are much higher but I haven’t gotten any of those. I’m not sure how it can redeem one and not the others.
