Metrobi Drivers

I worked with Metrobi for a while and the morning staff does not communicate with each other. They apparently don’t know what there doing I show up for certain jobs that I picked and get removed from job after I waste my time and gas that they do not give back, they only cater to the stores they do not care about their drivers or your time or gas or money If you want to remove yourself on my job they drop your ratings but if in a situation where the store can’t use you after you waste your time, they can remove you easily without any rating dropped

Hi, I have noticed some functionality problems within the Metrobi drivers app. When I am asked to input my information, I am unable to fulfill this request because after I enter my address, I cannot select from the dropdown of addresses that are displayed. After all, the keyboard layout that pulls up when you click into the field, does not drop and instead, stays dormant, therefore eliminating the visibility of the list of addresses to select the correct one. Another issue is the scroll feature, meaning that I cannot scroll anywhere on the app's screen to see the list of addresses so that I can select the correct one so it gets inputted into the field. Normally, when you try to scroll, the keyboard should automatically drop or at least should still allow you to see the list of addresses as well.

Would give 0 stars if I could. If you are driving a cargo van or bigger stay far away from this app. Way many more options out there regardless. If you like making pennys for a days worth of work this is the app for you but don’t make any pit stops to use the bathroom, grab a bite to eat, nothing! The dispatch will call you all day as if they are breathing down your neck from whatever country they are in. I accepted a 10 stop delivery to see if routes are meant for my company and immediately regretted it. One of the deliveries were missing at pick up and the customer told dispatch that I misplaced it but couldn’t provide proof. Who’s side do you think Metrobi was on? Driver or customer? Long story short my payment went from $130 to $120 for the missed delivery (reasonable) to ZERO. They don’t care about you so make sure you’re driving perfectly out there or you will be blocked from the platform no strike system no nothing BBB is next I need my money
