Max Lab – Blood Test

i booked test for my parents 10 days in advance, expecting experienced and organised service because i paid a relatively high amount for the test. unfortunately the experience was very unprofessional, yesterday someone finally showed up after 8-9 days for sample collection without any proper explanation or prior information about delay. on top of that we had to deal with 5 different people same day asking for different test collection whole day. for the service that charge premium, i was expecting quick and professional response, i am extremely disappointed with the experience and would not recommend max lab to anyone , there are much better options available and i would definitely not book anything with them again 😡😡😡😡😡

I usually never write reviews, but this experience has genuinely pushed me to do it. It has been more than 24 hours, the amount has already been collected, and there is STILL no update on the app. I have followed up twice, yet there has been absolutely no proper response or resolution. If you can collect money instantly, you should also be capable of providing timely updates and basic customer support. This level of negligence is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an application. I hope the team realizes that customers’ money and time are not something to be taken casually.

I’ve been using Max Lab for all my health checkups for the past year, and it’s been smooth every time. The app is easy to use and can schedule test in few taps. The home collection team always arrive on time and the reports can be uploaded  quickly. Great experience every time.
