I have ordered medicine 27th July, first of all I got a call from shopkeeper that Mam we have prepared the bill let me know who will come for pick up…Seriously guys???? Are customer supposed to tell you about your courier partner, though you have charged me delivery fee as well. Secondly , when it was not delivered I tried to chat with an agent, which never connect and every-time screen pop up sorry we lost you.. Thirdly, I tried to connect through number, the person said it will get delivered on 31st july, still the situation is same. Lastly, I am trying to get my call connected with online team but every time your team disconnecting my call, I called 8 times. This is the level of service I received that too after paying every sort of taxes including GST. Charged for platform fee, handling fee, delivery, GST and what not. Never ever recommend this site Jan Aushadhi is far better than this.
