MasterCard Concierge

Loaded this app to be able to see & access the benefits that the card offers. Well, it would let you search on anything, if fact if you are too slow at inputting your search item it will take what you have inputted already and say it can’t find anything. Plus, when you are able to fully input your search item still comes up with nothing. I went back and looked at the reviews, as far back as 10 years ago people were reporting it sucked. Corporations love to say we have an app to help you, but obviously no one on corporate has tried to use it, nor cares.

I also have the "Citi Double Cash" although it says "world elite" on the back but it allow me to use this app. However my "Capital One Quicksilver" is also a world elite and it does allow me to use the app. After a little research it seems there is a scam going on with the "Citi Double Cash" as they are being branded as world elite (higher fees) but are not actually giving the "world elite" benefits.

Just wanted to say that this app does work with my Citi Prestige. That said, this is a pretty pointless app and apart from a quick way to call or message requests to Concierge, I will never (ever!) use it.
