Pay with Rewards

You know how you can a feeling of confidence when using a well designed fintech app that provides visual and UI clues about what is happening and what you might do if things go wrong? This app has none of those things. Maybe that’s fine if you can use it for its intended purpose but that’s the problem. I get an error when I enter my credit card number. And then that’s the end of the journey. I have called my bank to try to get it resolved but that didn’t work out. So now I need to find Mastercard’s phone number to try and resolve the issue. This is not how a simple reward app should work in 2026.

I had trouble gett the app to accept my card number and when it finally did, and I built up some points, I couldn’t use them even with the “ use with next transaction” option selected. Now after a while everything got signed out and I have to register all over again. I’m trying to re-enter the same cards info and it keeps giving an error message just like the first time. Pointless and a waste of time.👿

App has improved greatly. I’ve been using it for couple months without issues. Convenient simple and fast
