The app does well with very basic functions. Importing receipts causes the app to crash about half the time. Not having facial recognition is a real pain, especially when the app forgets the user ID. I like the app and the features, just need an update for a few items for the crashes to stop.
The app is very user-friendly, however, I have a few suggestions to make it much easier. 1) stay logged and or facial recognition. Having to sign in each time is old school. 2) would be great if you could take a picture of a receipt right out of the app, so you don’t have to search for it at the time you go to approve the expense.
We recently were forced to switch to this app by our credit card company. And I can say, we are not happy about it. Two things that make it very difficult. 1. Our old app had a library, were you would keep pictures of your receipts until the charge hit your card. This was AMAZING!!! Never lost a receipt. 2. Once the charge hit your card it would email you. AND it would automatically sync up to the picture you already had in there. Made coding so much easier. This app just seems very behind the times. Not to mention, it has an issue submitted 1 out of every 3 receipts.
