Pretty sure I did not choose auto bill, but now I have to deal with charging back via my card company because I have no way to sign in and opt out

These folks gave a great deal, 5 pounds for 30 gigs of data… Including a phone number… In England… For an American Phone. However, they keep sending me text asking me if I want to buy more, but I can’t figure out how much data I used… and when I cannot login to either their website or the app, using either my phone number which they gave me, or my email, which they sent email to… So —less than perfect.

Absolutely horrific customer service. So sleazy and not worth the cheap buy-in.
