They set a pre bet according to your coins mine was 2 to 4 billion I’m very conservative and only bet 150 thousand in one week time they took all my winnings. I emailed customer support on aug 10 through aug 15th and as of today oct 10th I’m still waiting for a response from customer support. First , I can’t not get a hold of their customer service!,, then every time I spend money it kicks me out and I lose my bonuses or free spins , which are already extremely hard to get!
