its a good app gives link for tracking order
Ordered some food and my order was missing a drink so I got ahold of customer service and they told me they would get back with me and I waited over a week until I had to reach back out. Basically was told by customer service I was refused a refund on my missing drink which should of been resolved that day. Will not use this app again. Just download the actual food delivery apps instead of this app!
Placed my first order, it went thru Uber eats. The food was either delivered to the wrong address or stolen by the driver. I contacted support and they said they’d look into it, wouldn’t provide a replacement order or a refund. I kept asking what I should do, and Vicky kept ending the chat. Their phone numbers don’t work either. Don’t use liifer, and if you have to, find out what’s the cheapest on their app, then place it somewhere else that actually has customer service
