This would be a great app for younger students just starting out in French. I like the clarity of the voice and the speed. However, it would be more of a reinforcement if the picture that pops up after a correct response is tied to the response, i.e., five balloons show after choosing the number 5 or a banana comes up after choosing the letter b. The ad placement is also a detriment to the app and a distraction. Being able to track a student's progress would be a plus.
