Landnama - Viking Strategy RPG

I haven’t played very much, but so far I find the games premise really interesting and the game to be really fun. I noticed while playing that after unlocking masteries, a part of what is said to take affect, doesn’t take affect. None of the buildings (such as woodcutter) are able to be built twice. I don’t know if there’s any other bugs, I imagine this is a simple coding error.

This is a free trial! You have to purchase the full game in the game! It's only $5 and super worth it. This is super fun and reminds me of a Sid Meiers civilization type of game but with its own originality and only 1 player and a lot shorter! I think this could have super potential! Add a few friendly and enemy A.I. like "plunderers/barbarians" and you'd have a next level game! I did I feel like the game was just kind of missing something but this looks like only the beginning stages of a great game! The resource is hearts and you have to strategize building placement on a random generated map. Every time the "year" ends you lose hearts and it gradually increases the amount of hearts you lose, super simple concept but the execution of it was on point! There's not a whole lot of replay value, after about 5-10 hours and you've beat the game. And yes the hardest difficulty is very very difficult but still super satisfying beating it. Also with only 3 developers?!?! Fantastic job you 3, keep it up! Hope to see more games like this and more updates!!!

And yeah i dont normally go for these kind of games- and its pictures really didnt sell me… but my wife was watching drama shows 😫 so i had nothing else to do. BUT while choosing the race, and while going through the menus i was getting that Rome total war kinda vibe. And when i was playing the tutorial i actually was enjoying the game play. It was challenging and i lost the first round, i did have to try and remember why the main base wassnt leveling, (need the expensive house) but i managed to make it quite a few turns even though i had no clue what i was doing. You start to learn you have to put tiles next to certain ones for better bonuses, and kinda have to understand what to build and when in order to make it a long round. Overall game was entertaining, and id probably actually pay to try the full version!
