I prefer to be able to a full menu of choices and not have to move from screen to screen looking for what I need. I also HATE the new bank statement. The watermark makes it almost unreadable. Also, I want a running statement that gives a balance after each transaction. Not only does it help you to monitor cleared transactions in relation to the daily balance, but it helps immensely when reconciling an account. I’m a CPA and I assure you that the small font used will make using these statements hard enough as it is. And why are those that don’t sign up for estatements, permanently banned from them? What if I need a previous statement(s) for business purposes? For example, Medicaid requires 6 months of statements every single year. Most people are not organized enough to keep all of them; and I know that they would not accept a printout of a report run by me from the app - nor would any other governmental entity.

It’s very easy to navigate through the app to find the things that you need. Dashboard is great. What could be better is: I’d like you to return the capability of exporting Data easily into searchable spreadsheets. The Previous mobile app had that capability. It’s a great help for taxes and budgeting. I wish that you had a direct relationship with one of the Pay-Bill apps like Venmo, or Zelle, and had it incorporated into the website. Zelle recently dropped its non-affiliated accounts. Since I have the checking account that pays monthly interest if 15 card transactions are made, it would be nice if it was able to track the purchase goal status during the month. I’m not real clear on which of the transactions qualify for the minimum to earn interest. I am very glad that you are offering that type of account. I’ve been with La Cap. almost 50 years, and I’m very happy with their service, the staff, and the leadership.

This app is everything I would expect from LaCap. It is easy to navigate and understand. I am able to get the information I need and perform the tasks I need to. The few times I have had a problem, I have been able to get friendly and effective help from the helpline. I wish every app I use was as good as this one. I highly doubt it.
