BR Telco Mobile Banking

I have had a wonderful experience with BR Telco. The staff is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions I have. The mobile banking app is easy to use, convenient, and makes managing my accounts simple and stress free. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and the way they treat their members with care and respect. I highly recommend BR Telco to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy credit union.

The only thing that is problematic is the process time for a transaction. I wish pending transactions would clear quicker, other than that; this is a wonderful credit union.

The app gives me the info I need on my accounts and allows me to pay my credit card and loan directly from the app. I haven’t had any issues from it and the interface is clean and simple, not overly complicated, which is nice.
