KPN Fresh: Best Priced Grocery

I ordered a few essentials through the KPN mobile app at 5:31 PM, and the payment went through immediately. After 35 minutes with no delivery, I checked the app, and it showed the payment had failed. However, I refreshed the app and checked my order history it showed the same order was still in the packing status. If I hadn't checked properly I may have repaid the amount or wasted my time calling the customer service to sort it out. When I called customer service, they kept insisting the delivery would arrive in 10-15 minutes, even though I had a previous bad experience with delayed deliveries. I asked to cancel the order, but the representative wouldn't allow it, claiming it was already out for delivery. After an hour from the ordering time, the items finally arrived, but the entire experience was frustrating. The app lacks proper tracking and cancellation options, and the delivery executives seemed incompetent. Save your time and money—avoid KPN. Meanwhile, Swiggy could have delivered the same items in 15 minutes with an easy cancellation process.

Designed and implemented very well as it is very easy to use and very good performance. Once our address is listed as out of coverage (though delivery was done before). Helpdesk team was very supportive and asked me to remove the address and add again. It fixed the issue and allowed me to place the order. This may be something that development team to look into. Overall, it is very nice experience with KPN for very good Quality products and prompt delivery!

Be warned, KPN is a fraudulent operation. Today, I placed an order for nearly 5000 rupees worth of groceries. To my dismay, they substituted brown sugar with jaggery powder, delivered powder detergent instead of the liquid one I ordered, and even omitted the guava entirely. Despite numerous calls to customer care, they only agreed to rectify the mistakes after two hours. However, upon delivery, I discovered a significant price difference for the liquid detergent, which they had initially listed at 565 rupees but priced at 390 rupees in reality. When I demanded the extra money I had paid, they promised a refund to my KPN wallet by day's end. Yet, the day passed, and I received no such refund. The KPN store employees exhibited sheer incompetence and rudeness. One even had the audacity to claim they had substituted the liquid detergent with powder because they were supposedly of the same value. This blatant lie was exposed when the replacement liquid detergent was priced at only 390 rupees, not the 565 rupees advertised on their app. Despite providing evidence in the form of photos of the invoice and the actual product price, KPN ceased communication from their shop, leaving me stranded. Customer care persistently assured me of a 175 rupee refund, yet it never materialized. Beware, KPN is nothing but a den of scammers and swindlers. I've completely lost trust in them, and I urge everyone to steer clear of their online app unless they want to part ways with their hard-earned money. I have all screenshots and invoices
