Pizza Hut India - Delivery App

Dear Pizza Hut Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the extremely unprofessional service I experienced during my recent order. I had placed an order on Sunday evening for a birthday event at my home. After 30 minutes, when I checked the app for the delivery status, it showed no order placed, even though the amount had already been deducted from my account. Despite making multiple calls to customer care, I was repeatedly told that the order did not go through due to a “payment tech issue.” Shockingly, I received no prior communication from Pizza Hut regarding any payment failure, technical issue, or order cancellation. I only came to know about it after I called to confirm. This incident is extremely disappointing, especially because my previous order also involved a delayed delivery and poor service. As of today, I have still not received any confirmation or refund for the amount paid online, nor did I receive the pizza I ordered for an important occasion. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Pizza Hut’s operations in India. Based on my recent experiences, I would strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from Pizza Hut. I request an immediate resolution, including confirmation of my refund and an explanation for the repeated service failures.

I had placed and Online Ordered yesterday at 20:25 from Pizza Hut App. I had guests at my Home. Till 9:10 there was no show from Pizza Hut. I tried calling the call centre just to get disappointment as out of 5 calls I have made 2 calls were hung up by the call centre executive citing no voice and 3 calls extended till 20 min just to share they are helpless and will arrange a call back which didn’t happened. I went to the Offline store Pizza Hut Star Plaza where the Order was kept ready but not delivered since they had no riders however while I was standing there I could see an arrogant delivery rider of Pizza Hut there who was not even bothered to prioritise my delivery, since I was already there I took the Ordered stuff myself and reached home just to find out that 1 Pizza out of 3 was missing, Pizza Hut store guys had my number but they don’t even had a courtesy to call back or delivery that 1 missing pizza. I had to go back all the way to Store to collect the missing Pizza. The Pizzas, Melts and Sides were all no more remained Hot as they would have kept ready long back. I had to serve my guest the cold pizzas. While I shouted on the staff there about the careless customer service the person incharge said “Mujhe ghanta fark nahi padta” do whatever you want. A sheer pathetic experience has not only wasted my time, energy and money but also made my guest go disappointed and half hungry as no one was able to gulp the cold pizzas.

Pizzahut delivery tracking and delivery was horrible. And the people who attempted my call not so friendly. They didnt care for the order was delay. And they marked that the order was reached. And the no sign of the delivery boy. No contact information of the delivery guy. And deliver guys was complaining that he don't know the address. I took his personal number and shared the address and reached after 1hr 20 late. Later customer care confirmed that the delivery address was mismatched. I received the order after 1hr 20 min later. Every thing was very cold not eatable. Whole order wasted. tasted few and couldn't eat. Totally miserable experience this time. And the pizza hut people count care at all.. they end the call. Not even interested to call back to confirm if i received the order or not. They just marked as received in the pizza hut app even thou i shared the location to delivery guy and he is on the way.
