I have been using this app for a while now and it’s been a great experience! app is easy to use the food options are varied and delicious and the delivery is always timely. I especially love how they support local home chefs ,it makes the meals feel more personal and authentic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty, home-cooked meals delivered right to their door!

I ordered my food yesterday (19th May). It was delayed by over 1 hr. Even the delivery executive was not assigned till I escalated . When I tried to reach out, nobody responded from customer services. Finally when there team woke my food from Swiggy was on the way. I asked for refund and the customer service person just ignored by request as if this is business as usual for them. Also, very strangely there delivery executives are asking for money at the time of handover and are suggesting not to pay online. What is the catch here. They have better food but unreliable service !!

Food is good, fresh and Hot and packaging is much better than top restaurants. Here are some suggestions- 1) show us the name of the kitchen on past orders. This allows us to rebook or pick some thing from same kitchen. I only see past orders and value but not kitchen name 2) see if you can bring in Sodexo option 3) some of the kitchens has more than 1 qty, I mean 2 dosa or 2 upma pesarattu as a set and it is being packed one leaf. Poori chapati can be packed in any qty in a single pack but dosas should not be packed like that. Please ask kitchens to add one small leaf to separate dosas. 4) if I try to place order at 07:30pm then the early delivery available will be at 9pm. I started placing order at 07:28pm and by the time I picked the items and placed the order at 07:30 the delivery time changed from 08:30 to 09:00pm. See if this skip is set to 15mins instead of 30mins
