JPFans

JPFans is a very reliable and trustworthy proxy service for purchasing items directly from Japan, whether it’s clothing, character figures, music, etc. The entire process was smooth and easy for me, from searching for items to checkout and shipping. Within just a few hours of placing my order, JPFans already secured the items on their end, and the shipping was fast. I appreciate that they provide three free photos of your items, which gave me a lot of reassurance, especially since it was my first time using this. Their customer service is also nice. Whenever I had questions, they responded quick and within a reasonable timeframe. They even reached out when one of my items had not yet been shipped by the seller in Japan, offering to start a refund and providing frequent updates. Their communication is pretty good. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and plan to continue using JPFans. One suggestion I have for improvement is to have first-time users enter their shipping address earlier in the process, as I initially expected this to be part of checkout rather than something that needed to be completed under the account profile. I didn’t realize this at first. Other than that, everything else seems fine!

I’ve had a really great experience using the JPFans app to order some authentic umamusume figures that are extremely overpriced where I live. They were super cheap on this site which was a huge win. The app is easy to navigate, and I like how clearly it shows product details, prices, and shipping options. My package arrived much faster than I expected. I paid for shipping about 4 days ago, it was boxed the same day, and then shipped out shortly after; Apart from the seller sending the items to the warehouse, the whole process from the warehouse to my home took less than a week, which honestly surprised me. I also didn’t have to pay any customs fees just the cost of the figures and shipping, which was a huge relief. Just a heads up though, you buy the items first, JPFans buys the items from the seller, the seller sends them from their home to the warehouse and you have to pay again for shipping. You won’t know the cost of the shipping until it’s arrived at the warehouse, packaged, and weighed. There’s a section in app to estimate it, though. If you have multiple items from different sellers, you have the option to ship them separately or together (and the latter usually ends up costing less). The figures I bought arrived safely packaged with zero damages or scratches and exactly as shown in the app. Tracking updates were accurate, and the overall process felt smooth and reliable. If you’re looking to buy authentic items and want a straightforward experience, the JPFans app is definitely worth using. I’ll be ordering again! :D

There's lots of negative reviews from people who don't know what proxy services are like. yes you have to pay twice, once for the item and sometimes shipping from the seller to the warehouse, and then you have to pay shipping from their warehouse to your home. I was previously using Buyee, but the problem with that proxy is they don't allow you to send multiple items in the same box from the warehouse, so you have to pay individually for international shipping. On this app you can pay 30$ to ship 3 things as one package, on Buyee you would have to pay 90$, 30$ per item, as you can only ship them out individually. Therefore JPfans saves money by comparison. This app also has good customer service. Other proxies have cancelled my order with no warning. You are always notified when there are extra charges or if there is an issue and it is quickly resolved. The only problem with this app is the sorting features. if you try to sort by price low to high or by recent, it shows only a few items or it doesn't work at all. It works fine as long as you only use the default sorting, but I do have hope it will be fixed. This app is relatively new and probably is going through some bug fixing, and also to me the slight inconvenience of it being harder to sort through is worth the money I saved. overall i would recommend this app.
