I’ve been using Dogegoo to order from Taobao and it’s been great for getting custom Nendoroid pieces. I was looking for a specific hair part for one of my figures and the built-in search made it so much easier to find exactly what I needed instead of digging through links. The custom request process was straightforward too. I sent them the details for the hair piece and they handled the order without any issues. Got warehouse photos once it arrived, which was reassuring because custom parts can be tricky. Shipping was a bit pricey as usual, but that’s expected with these kinds of items. Only small downside is that sometimes availability can be hit or miss, but in my case everything went through smoothly. If you’re into collecting or customizing Nendoroids and need a reliable proxy, this app works well. Definitely made my latest custom hair part a lot less stressful to get. Would recommend!

The app was incredible when I entered in my clothing from taobao and wait times were short. However, to actually get the items you wanted, you would have to pay a high shipping fee that doubles your total price. Not to mention the coupons in app don’t work.

I like using DogeGoo for large Taobao orders (6+ items) since buying from overseas is expensive right now. Payments process quickly, the staff is always professional and my items are consolidated/packed neatly every time. I’ve also received refunds from sold out items very quickly. They will also help you get pre-orders, which I really like. Shipping prices always depend on the weight of your package, the contents and the country you’re shipping to, so you can’t really rely on prices that others pay to be reflective of your order. The available lines do include custom fees, so I don’t have to worry about paying extra at the door. Overall, I’m pleased with this shopping service. The UI could be streamlined a bit, though!
