So the only way to ever withdraw cash you spent weeks earning, you have to get 50 prizes or what they call “fragments” the kicker is you can only get to 49. I have spent two weeks cracking eggs for prizes. Thats over 250 egg cracks. Clearly the system is NOT going to literally allow you to win a 50th fragment. I sat here for weeks spending all my free time EARNING the cash I made, just to have it sit in an account, forever. FOREVER. How is that legal??? It’s complete and absolutely false advertisement. This is really messed up I needed that money for my son who has severe autism and is non verbal. I could have spent all these hours on this app with my son instead. Apple, please find the creator of this app JoyPace and make them be held accountable !

I’m going to try to a detail breakdown. So when u first open the app you are forced to watch a video, when u collect your steps you watch a video. You collect your steps, watch videos for more points. Which all this make it real easy to get to $50. Or more. Like real quick. As they say if it too good to be true. That because it is. There is a catch to this. You have to collect 50 egg fragments to be able to cash out. To collect this you have to watch two videos to get 1 egg, then crack the egg. When u crack the egg sometimes it’s empty and sometimes there is a reward. These rewards are fragments. Once u are close to 50. U stop getting rewards. Right now im a 49. Watch countless videos and no more fragments. I tried emailing developers about the issue and no response. There is no support team to contact. It’s been over a week and no one has gotten back to me. So people don’t waste your time on this app

I was really excited to see a walking app. It seemed like a fair deal. I was doing my walking and it was giving me points and then if I wanted to earn extra points, I would watch some videos for them, which I did when it came time to cash out for $30 it suddenly told me I needed 50 fragments in order to cash out I was really annoyed by this, but decided to start doing the fragment thing. You have to watch two videos. and you get a Hammer to crack a golden egg that gives you one fragment this in itself is annoying enough. As I began to gather the fragments needed. It starts giving me empty eggs . so I am finding myself watching two videos to get a hammer to not get any points at this point I’m down to 13 fragments needed and I get empty eggs about every 5 to 1 which means I’m watching 10 videos and getting one point I’m pretty sure as I get even closer to zero fragments needed. I probably won’t get any fragments and it will just leave me stuck with xx amount of fragments needed to cash out and no way to get them. There is no help or support offered I am really disappointed and annoyed . if this app was done right it could’ve been a nice app to use. but it is a scam don’t waste your time .
