Jaggers

I have trouble every time I try to use the app because it requires my login and password and then doesn’t recognize my saved password. I try to reset the password and either don’t get the email, or don’t get it quickly, so the opportunity to order through the app has passed. Finally, the app isn’t searchable in Google password manager because it doesn’t recognize Jaggers as a search word, it has punchh in it, which is also the Freddy’s app and so it will sometimes fill in the Freddy’s password. It’s highly irritating and I’ve not placed orders because of it and have also missed using rewards because I can’t change my password.

I think the app works pretty well and it’s nice to not receive a bunch of pop-ups like other fast food apps. I’d like to see the following changes: 1. Why can I choose between a lemonade or a Jaggers style lemonade when they are both the exact same drink at the drive-through window? Why can’t my Jaggers style lemonade come with jalapeños by default? 2. When I enter in a gift card number but do not check out and go back to change something then come back, I have to re-enter the gift card. Why can’t it save the gift card info?

Please fix the notifications. I’ve had to disable push notifications on my phone for this app because it always shows 11 notifications no matter what I do. I’ve tried logging out and back in and turning my phone off but it still shows 11 notifications.
