Cannot log in, even after multiple password resets.

Food is delicious, BUT……Every time I get it delivered something is missing. This time it is my broccoli. Once my whole order was missing. We only received my husbands. When I received a gift certificate in the mail it was a letter that I had to use with a pick up order or in store. They do use excessive butter on their bread and buns for their sandwiches. I ordered a BLT once and the bread dripped (plus bacon was not cooked very much). They use a lot of cabbage in there BLT salad, but it is delicious and the bacon was cooked and crumbled in chunky pieces or balls. Several times the onions for the patty melt were missing because they place them in a separate cup.

Wanted to give a shout out to Drakes and their wonderful employees for staying open during all this COVID craziness. The management and staff worked their tails off making the best of a horrible situation. They continued to provide carry out during the worsted of the pandemic and once they opened back up, they do so in a manner that made me and my family feel safe. When the governor shut us down again, Drakes erected a massive tent in the parking lot, with heaters, that was an hoppy oasis in an otherwise barren lockdown desert. Thank you to the management and incredible waitstaff for providing a safe escape during this difficult time.
