They say if you refer someone the person gets $10 (if they deposit $10) and you get $10 but it’s a scam. I contacted their support and they claimed they were escalating the issue but instead they closed the ticket. I had to report them to the BBB for false advertising. I worked for a startup that did slightly the same thing (customers claimed “up to” meant they were misled) and the company was sued by the DOJ. If you’re in the same position, and got lied to, report them. I don’t know if I should try Jackpocket instead or stick with the state lottery but you have to be careful with these companies. A lot of them lie. I assume the short term payoff is worth the long term consequences for them. Update I asked to close my account and they closed it despite having $6 worth of tickets that were upcoming. They didn’t tell me how to get access to them and once your account is closed you can’t view anything. Scam company. I reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection. I suggest others do the same.

So Convenient So updated, I like the notifications for each draw and the notifications I get after a deposit and ticket confirmation lets me know everything went through I’m in my favorite games to winbig. This is a very clean setup and superior way to offer games. I feel safer buying a ticket here than I do at a gas station. Also sometimes I don’t follow the jackpots but will see one of the games of the news after dark how large the pot has grown. I can simply open the app and see every game in my state available. Not jump in my car at night and drive to a gas station. Those days are over for me. I also like that I can set a 10$ or whatever limit a week for myself. Although I would like to hear more news about people who have won using this system. And also more explanation of what would happen if we won. Does the money stay on this account or immediately transfer to the checking that it’s connected too. Either way. Love the app and it’s simplicity
