I love the app. It is amazing. I give a complete by stars. It can help you track you track down your steps. I got this for Christmas and ever since I got it completely fell in love with it has passed count step count hydration monitor love tap , which is in my opinion so cute I sent one to my brother all the time can I just love my brother so I definitely recommend getting the watch and the app especially for kids if you have kids there’s kind of like the Apple Watch Apple Watch except texting because most schools they don’t allow that so luckily you can get up. It’s the perfect Christmas present for eight-year-olds and up boys and girls depends for what color I got the rose gold and my brother got the blue and this is why you should definitely definitely get the app. Love you oh by the way if it’s your first time and it takes a few seconds to get everything set and yeah, it’s very fun to set it up and yeah, it’s very fun and you can do lots of stuff on it. This is why I think you should get the iTouch Wearables app and why it is just amazing.

It’s hard to pair. It freezes SO much it drives me nuts. I have to constantly force close the app over and over until things will work. It still freezes if I try to click on settings. And I absolutely HATE the new update. I was hoping they’d fix some of these issues and instead it’s worse. The old app used to give you heart rate data every few seconds or so. It was extremely valuable and helpful for tracking anything abnormal and catching certain things. Now the app only shows heart rate updates every HALF HOUR. That’s less than my Apple Watch. I like that the iTouch watch gives constant heart rate readings by the second with a long battery life. It was why I chose it over my Apple Watch despite the app glitches. But it’s almost useless to me now. Sure, I can look at my watch and track things when I need to. But the app doesn’t store what I need so it’s useless. I’ll be going back to my Apple Watch due to this change in the app. I very much preferred the heart rate data on the previous version of the app since it was better than Apple’s. But it isn’t better anymore and they made it worse. So if you’re using this watch to track heart rate…the Apple Watch is better and the apps to track are way better now that iTouch has changed their heart rate data in the app! Hope this helps someone who is trying to decide and needs it for tracking your heart rate for important reasons.

I think that this is a very good watch(im using the 3). Most of the issues I’m seeing other people have could be resolved by playing around with the app (such as start and end time to get some features to work). However, I think that it would be nice to know what “other” apps I would be getting notifications from rather than just saying “other.” I also think that I should be able to see more notifications than 3 at one time, and I should have the ability to scroll through a list of notifications, having a “clear all” option somewhere in the messages app, similar to the countdown timer scroll list. We could also have the ability to group the notifications by app. Now to watch faces, I think that the preset watch faces should be customizable, as sometimes I wish it were just a different color, font, or had one additional piece of information. The custom watch face should have a lot more customization than what it has now. I’m also a little frustrated that when uploading some pictures to my phone, it doesn’t have the same resolution. This could simply be because of the size of the display I’m not very experienced in this, but there are also other high quality pictures in the presets. Sometimes appearing to be better than what’s on my phone. I hope these are taken into consideration. Overall, this is a really good watch for the money
