I was excited when I got this watch. It’s cute and I love the color, which is probably the only reason it even gets 2 stars. First of all, the synchronization is horrible. The watch doesn’t do a good job of counting steps or tracking sleep, and even if it does track it, it won’t go through to the app. I genuinely thought it was my phone messing up until I looked and saw different phone types and none seem to work with the synchronization. Second, the apps on the watch barely work. The weather app is showing me the weather at a place three hours away from where I live. How is that helpful? The music app rarely ever works, and the camera app is a waste of time considering it’s not like photos can be taken on the watch, but instead is just a way for you not to have to push the camera button on your phone. The contacts never sync up, and when it tries to the watch freezes and shuts off. TLDR; Don’t waste your money. Go buy an actual Apple Watch is you want a Bluetooth watch. Yes, it’s more expensive but it’ll be more worth your money than a ripoff made by a company that can barely program a decent device and app.

This app has the potential to be better if than it is if they could get it to be more stable and actually record the steps without us having to sync everything all the time. And if it didn’t crash. Definitely something that should be heavily looked into my the developers. You know a good developer by the quality of of their app and how they try to keep the quality going.

I have had this device for 2 whole days. I have paired it with an iPhone 7. My Bluetooth on the phone works with other devices and stays connected without issue. But this watch does not stay connected for more than 30 secs most of the time. I’ve restarted both devices, paired and unpaired multiple times, nothing helps. Then I try to open the app to connect them there and it crashes. I’m not sure the deal I got on the watch is worth the headache. It seemed like a great alternative to the more expensive Apple Watch but I’m not so sure now. Please fix the app and work out the Bluetooth issue so I don’t have to return this!
