The food quality is consistently excellent, and delivery is always timely and reliable. You can really tell that customer care is a top priority, everything feels thoughtful, professional, and a step above other platforms. Highly impressed and definitely recommending iPerkz to everyone.

I had posted a five star review for this company when they first started a year ago. It’s so sad to report out how my opinion has changed them in the last 12 months. The quality of produce has gone down significantly especially fruits. They miss to send you the items, and don’t even follow up. If there are items not available, instead of crediting your original mode of payment, just keep those balances on your iPerkz account, which is so absurd. What if I never want to buy from them again? Again, I think they started off with a great concept, but lost credibility and ethics along the way. I would think twice now before buying from them again.

I’ve been using IPerkz for getting Indian groceries delivered for the past year or more, and only have good things to say. The app is easy to use, they also notify you when the order has been delivered, the produce is really fresh and the team gets in touch with you if they have substitutions or questions. The prices are very reasonable, they continually expand on what they offer and are open to hearing from you and adding new products to the inventory. Best of all, you save a lot of time and hassle going to the store in person every week. I’ve recommended the app and the service to a lot of people, it has been a life saver for me.
