Quicklly

There are a lot of problems with the app, lack of information from when deliveries arrive, lack of information about refunds, certain side features of the app simply not working. However it completely makes up for it by their customer service being quite dedicated to fixing the problem and have never been given the run around. The ability to get more unusual ingredients delivered to my house makes up for troubles i have with it, i just worry what could happen in the future if they say, got bought out.

I ordered groceries because the app said I could get delivery later that day. However no order arrived and notifications from quicklly about not being able to deliver the order. I emailed them and they said yes we have received your order but no response to when it will be delivered. The next day I called their customer support - no apologies and barely able to hear them. I always try to be polite to customer service but the lady’s nonchalant attitude made me so angry. She casually said your order is a UPs order and will have to be delivered when they get to it. I have asked them to cancel my order. Never using this app again. And pls expect a complaint to BBB.

Had a great experience with Quicklly orders so far. Had always hoped for a delivery app that has Indian groceries delivered at home on the same day. Finally with Quicklly, now able to get everything delivered without having to worry about driving to the Indian store after a long work day! This app is extremely convenient to use and I have had great experience with their deliveries and management. Highly recommend!
