They must be the most bizarre outfit I’ve ever come across. Took me ages to register due to incorrect links and emails, their “customer service” take rudeness and abruptness to new levels. I stopped using them and then low and behold they contacted me to say I was eligible for “member plus” which would give me best odds guaranteed, free bets and more. Why, oh why did I attempt to take them up on the offer. I was one step away they said: three days later, going through more hoops than a fun fair my text of Friday asking what is going on remains unanswered. I presume I am not a “member plus” but I’ll probably never find out…

A nice app with a good aesthetic, which is simple to navigate and use (especially for horse racing). The live chat is one of the best I have used, with fast response times and useful answers from everyone I have spoken to. Similar to the other bookmakers I have used they have very quick withdrawal times and multiple options to deposit with.

Decent app, BOG on racing which is good. Would like to be able to scroll through races as well as pick individual races (see William Hill ‘All Races’ tab). Only problem I have which isn’t the apps fault is how long it takes to withdraw. Big companies it same day or following day. If I win on a Thursday and withdraw I don’t receive the payout until the following Monday or Tuesday which is only downfall.
