We have been happy Heal patients since my oldest son was born in 2016. Their providers have seen our family through countless colds, flu viruses, ear infections, bronchitis, strep throat and even RSV. We are always so impressed with how thorough they are with their examination - I’ve never felt rushed as either a parent or patient - overall professionalism, punctuality, courtesy and friendliness. Never again will I wait at urgent care when Heal provides such fantastic service. In fact, Heal’s pediatric staff took the initiative to coordinate an ENT referral after seeing my eldest for recurrent ear infections. Thanks to their efforts, he was finally able to get the treatment he needed, putting an end to chronic ear pain and reversing observed delays in speech development. Plus, now that they’ve partnered with my insurance carrier, it’s cheaper to get a house call from Heal than to haul my kids to the pediatrician or drag my own sick self to my primary care provider. In terms of efficient and convenient healthcare, Heal is simply the best available.

Was absolutely amazed by the convenience of the doctor visit and the professionalism. As parents of 2 young children, when I caught what my toddler had, and already spent time off work taking the kid to pediatrician, I did not want to spend even more time going myself. With Heal - doctor and assistant came to our house, after work (6-8 pm) in the two hour window selected. As the appointment time approached, received a text with better time estimate of half hour time of arrival. Within half hour visit, they took my vitals, discussed the concerns, and sent the prescription to the local pharmacy. Great doctor experience - not rushed at all. So convenient sitting at home instead of at urgent care. After, I just had to quickly stop by the pharmacy afterwards to get the meds, which were already ready. Absolutely amazing! I was a bit skeptical at first. Now am a believer! Asked the doctor - and they have pediatricians and family doctors doing house calls. It really is like what you see in movies from last century. Or what Europe has today even :-). I really hope this service scales and takes off. Very convenient! Unbeatable price too: was $0 out of pocket because insurance covered it. But even if you have visitors from out of town/country without insurance - out of pocket cost is only $100. Much cheaper and definitely more convenient than going to some doctor's office or urgent care.

I just had my first Heal appointment in the comfort of my own home and I felt compelled to immediately write a review because everyone should know how incredibly amazing this app/service is. Do not hesitate to use this service or worry about the one review that didn't like it because I'm telling you this is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I'm not one to go to the doctor unless I'm really sick, in which case I usually go to urgent care, but who wants to go to urgent care? The doctor arrived with an assistant, examined me thoroughly, and was so kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was just an incredible experience. I can only imagine how fantastic this would be for people with children. They take insurance, and if you don't have insurance even more reason to choose them, because it's very affordable. I'm still in awe at how amazing this experience was. Thank you for offering such a compassionate service. The Dr. told me their goal is to take the cost out of overhead and be able to spend more time with patients. Wow. We are never more vulnerable than when we aren't feeling well and to be treated with such kindness and care in my own home was a dream. Heal, you really get me and I will be a loyal patient from this day forward.
