I’m a new member of the Alignment Healthcare system. When I got my new member ID I downloaded and signed into this app using new membership info. No immediate problems back then. This month login problems started surfacing. App consistently saying “login failed” when using (not)correct iCloud stored membership passwords, which will work with the online web portal. Still no joy after deleting app and resetting password. It worked well initially… and it’s worthless now. (Update: I found the problem and have updated to 3 stars. When setting up the new Alignment account online (with laptop) iCloud keyword stored a temporary password to get through the process. The AHC app was auto-populating the wrong password. Works well now. )

It keeps skipping like a broken record, so I have to enter my password I’ve had to do this a few times and I’m tired of it. Are you ever going to have a fix on this bug, I would appreciate it please…

New member here! This app is so user friendly theres everything i needed on the app and I was able to pay my bill on time. So far, I don't see any problems using the app. Thank you Alignment Health Plan!
