First off, you cannot link a debit card. You have to put them onto a Biggby card or type the numbers out every time. Secondly, the free drink reward after 12? It isn’t automatic nor can you do it from your app. I grab and go, that’s WHY I USE THE APP. I do not want to figure out what needs to be scanned. You can order on it and choose a store so it gets 2 stars but seriously, have the features everyone expects out of a large corporation
Present barista as well as one 5 years ago - the app update is significantly better! Some ideas for developers: have a notes section for customers to write specifications (ex: “no real strawberries”), as well as options to add more than one selection (ex: adding pumpkin & mellow sauce in an iced coffee). Also- tickets for mobile orders have been coming thru odd on the barista end, where things like size/#of shots aren’t automatically listed at the start of the drink like on a regular ticket. This has caused some confusion for baristas making the drinks
The app is frustrating to use. It seems like every time I go to order something it’s no longer on the menu. I can’t order half of the stuff I used to order on the previous version of the app. Sometimes, seemingly randomly, I can only order a 20oz drink (and not a 24oz) and there’s no explanation as to why. Super frustrating that I can’t customize any food items - why can’t I remove the egg from my waffle sandwich? Also, I have 12/12 points to redeem a free drink but I can’t redeem it? I don’t know, it’s just super frustrating. As someone who doesn’t have time in the morning to go wait in-store or in a drive thru for my order, I rely on the app, but hate how limiting it is.
