Deleting. I'm not adding anything to my order that I don't know how much it costs. And your users don't always want to make an order. I just want to browse the menu, look at the prices, then decide if I want to make an order. There's no option for this. And even if I just fake an order, I don't know what the prices are apparently until I go to check out. (I'm assuming this part because I didn't get past the list of products since they weren't priced.) Just give your users a menu. Not all of us are regular customers. Also, why do I have to specify the location every time? What's the point of picking a "favorite" if it's not going to default to it, and if it can't pull the prices up when I do eventually say I'm going to make an order? Horrible design and interface. I pick my son up from work everyday, and there is a Cottage Inn right by there. Would have been nice to open the app and see if there was something that looked good to me. I'll be going somewhere else. Efficiency and Speed are very important. This app allows for neither.
The app is very convenient and easy to navigate. I do wish there were more reward options because I would order it more like A lot of the other pizza apps. I also love cottage inn pizza
I genuinely have no idea how the decision makers looked at this and thought it was acceptable. It’s a conclusion you can only come to through incompetence or a lack of respect for the user. As the title says if I had not promised pizza I would have deleted the app and cancelled my order. This will already be my last time using the app and going to Cottage Inn in general because of how ridiculous the low quality is. As soon as you open the app it will ask you to connect your apple account, track your location, and access as much data as possible. Why? Certainly not to create a cottage in account because it didn’t do that, it didn’t even default to the preferred location I choose during the order. Then your accosted by dozens of ads and points for…. Pizza. This is a problem with every app but i’m not letting anything past my criticism for an app so awful. Beyond that, the UI is just terrible in general. Like a website from 2010 it feels like you’d have a better experience on the mobile website because then you could at least make tabs. All in all, if cottage inn is the only pizza place you go to, and you go once a week, I still wouldn’t use the app. Calling up will still prove to be more efficient .
