This is one of the better apps for submitting claims and reviewing your account. The only thing I would change is the ability to upload a receipt from a Google Drive or other file system.

This app crashes on my phone every few minutes. There is no option to upload a receipt unless it is a photo or you use your camera…some of us store the receipts that are emailed to us and need to upload them. It just seems that some basic items are missing from this app. It means that I have to go to a computer and upload a file because it isn’t in the mobile app even though just about every person has some kind of cloud storage.

I have been using this for over four years. I always submitted my monthly email receipts but in Spring 2020 they no longer accept my receipts and I have had to personally contact the director at my daycare, waste their time over some minor details. Not a fan of this company and changes they made as it takes more time out of my day and the director at my childcare center. Disappointed.
