I’ve deleted the app & reinstalled again on my iPhone hoping it would fix the issue of not being able to download the invoice pdf. The button is there but no action seems to happen when I press it like it does in the desktop version. No point in having the app if it doesn’t give this. Also the balance owing is not a running balance. This system was ok when I started using it in the early 2010s but has not advanced with tech & times. May as well use the desktop version.

I can’t believe I’m seeing reviews on here of 3+ years ago saying how bad the app is. Despite various “bug fixes” it’s now been over 3 years since the iPhone X and its taller aspect ratio were introduced, but this app still doesn’t fill the screen. After the latest update (1.4.9?) it’s now completely useless. My login details are now in white text on a white background and I could only see they were saved by highlighting the text, and now when I log into the app I can’t even see my services because both the text and background are white there too. I’d rate this zero stars if I could.

This app as an it professional is my go to app when I visit customers, it lets me know who is on the net and what ports and services are supported, a great way to make sure customers have not opened ports on their PC’s for hacking. It is the only app that does this. Thanks for your help. I hate it when people who have no clue about these things make uninformed comments when an app like this is telling them what they need to know.
