Powershop AU

So the app itself provides good info, with the exception of their billing, and discount offers. I find the range of discounts unnecessarily confusing but more disturbing is that there is an element of “gambling” implied in how it’s set up. Ie you can win random discounts. I can’t pay my bill using the app as it will show one amount via my bill then revert to another amount after I’ve clicked it. When paying it is difficult to move between tabs or even follow which tab gives the payment option. I’m exploring other companies such as Momentum purely out of frustration of Powershop’s billing. It just shouldn’t be that hard. It’s a power bill.

Have been with this provider for a couple of years and was a good thing, now they at the bottom of the list they are sneaky on changing monthly bills which can be changed on a daily basis which screws you in getting your discount they don’t send someone out for bills they estimate which to go back and pay your bill ‘no discount ‘ because it’s outside the time frame this is how they trap you into paying higher premiums for your power and go ahead and do a comparison to others on prices you won’t find them anywhere near the larger providers for good prices they were not helpful in any way in negotiating leaving soon because they don’t look after the people that made there name in first place. 👎😪

This company provides a great service. The app is so useful. I know so much about my usage, can pay bills easily, and in small amounts instead of a large bill. Information is easy to ascertain (except perhaps my solar feed in) I really appreciate that when I ring them I always get someone on the end of the phone and without a long wait. I really like their focus on the environment and now they have gas too! I don’t know why everyone isn’t with Powershop
