Lumo Energy

I find the App limited in its application and usage. For example, I am only able to add one bill on there (gas and not electricity) this is frustrating. I contacted the company and they told me I had to have both accounts linked up to the ONE bill and paying cycle if I wanted this to occur. As opposed to having 2 seperate Bills at different times. For affordability purposes, this works best for a lot of people rather than getting ONE huge bill! Be great to have the option of having independent Gas AND electricity bills added to the App, not just ONE Bill. Thanks.

The app itself is okay but I am disappointed with the data that it presents. As an example, when checking the electricity used, a nice bar graph is displayed and you are told how much electricity you have used for the nominated period in kWh. The solar credit is also displayed but I have no idea what credit the unit is displayed in. Is it kWh or $? Who knows? I have just come across from Energy Australia and their app is so much more user friendly as it also displays import and export in dollars. I don’t understand why Lumo doesn’t display this. The Energy Australia app is so much better leaving me very disappointed with the offering from Lumo. I can get the same information from the app that supplies my solar data so why would I bother looking up the Lumo app if I can’t see my costs?

Just joined Lumo but disappointed with app. Not able to get costs only kWh for half hourly and daily usage. This is important for me. Origin Energy, who I have just changed from, was able to do that. Their app works much better in this regard.
