I had no bill for more than 6 years but because of them and the QLD lnp gov I now am about to get $500+ bill after ZERO bills for 6 Years getting my first bill of $250 recently. I am full of hatred towards this company. There comparisons to previous bills are misleading and self serving towards themselves. The “live” data is from 30 mins ago they don’t let you see actual live usage. The previous demand charges double dipped solar customers and the new shoulder charge is more than double the demand charges while they claim you are getting the best rates. They are not an Australian first company. They have no simple payment extension they want you to call when they are the reason you have a bill when you always pump double your usage into the grid they still manage to get billions profit while making sure they pillage and plunder hard working Australians. The more people that leave the grid they just keep putting the prices up to cover people Leaving. This is why privatisation is a failure. The gov needs to take these companies off them and public the entire system. Get rid of these parasites from infecting Australia. Yucky.
1. It appears the app is not recognising daylight savings & so is incorrectly showing TOU times of energy consumption every day. I know Daylight savings doesn’t apply same everywhere, suggest either make that a user selectable option or determine it from user Billing postcode. 2. CL2 (hot water service) doesn’t appear at all - yet it’s separately tracked and recorded for billing purposes. How do you handle this? Is it added to the TOU line or excluded? Obviously different $ rate too - how is this reflected in app costs section, included or not? If so how / where please? 3. Any reason my you don’t show today’s actual energy details, I believe the smart meter is read every 1/2 hour - why not let us see this please?
Out in the bush with low bandwidth this app is much slower to load than most other apps. Programmers typically work in a high bandwidth environment and when they test something, some issues don’t show up. Perhaps the loading speed could be looked at in a slow environment.
