Overall, I’m pretty happy with this app. The only thing I would change is a few of the visual aspects. I would make deposit amounts show up in green again, because that makes them easy to see. I would also make the banner announcements at the top (like the ones where y’all tell us about scheduled down times) blue again, as seeing a big red banner causes anxiety in some people.

I prefer to be able to a full menu of choices and not have to move from screen to screen looking for what I need. I also HATE the new bank statement. The watermark makes it almost unreadable. Also, I want a running statement that gives a balance after each transaction. Not only does it help you to monitor cleared transactions in relation to the daily balance, but it helps immensely when reconciling an account. I’m a CPA and I assure you that the small font used will make using these statements hard enough as it is. And why are those that don’t sign up for estatements, permanently banned from them? What if I need a previous statement(s) for business purposes? For example, Medicaid requires 6 months of statements every single year. Most people are not organized enough to keep all of them; and I know that they would not accept a printout of a report run by me from the app - nor would any other governmental entity.

The LaCap App covers almost all your banking needs. It lets you deposit checks, pay bills, check your balances, and do most of your banking needs right in the App. What it doesn’t do is provide a good way to manage your Visa or Visa Debit Cards. Fortunately, there’s a second app for that LaCap Card Manager. With both these apps installed, you have all the features that you need! It took me a while to figure out that the second Card Manager App was something I wanted, but now that I have both, I’m much better off.
