I am honestly super-pleased with the entire process, from excellent stomper support down to the quality of the shirt I ordered! I am an extremely difficult fit - that’s why I tried MTailoras (hopefully) a less expensive alternative to an actual tailor in-person. The first shirt arrived (didn’t fit properly), the second attempted shirt arrived (still didn’t fit properly), then the third fealty-fitting shirt arrived - BINGO! None of this process was painful and the customer service was unmatched! They really made the entire process really easy. Since I am a hard-fit, I expected issues and problems and more costs but I was happily wrong. Now MTailor has my measurements and the following shirts I buy will fit perfectly! Thanks to the entire MTailor team: from the customer service to the people who make the product - very nice workmanship. They even asked me if I wear a watch and which wrist - they made that it a little looser to accommodate my watch!
I was slow to get on board. I received a gift certificate for a shirt as a Christmas present, and skeptically went through the process to have the app measure me and send the shirt. I ended up really liking the quality and appearance, but it was too tight in the neck. Mtailor automatically sent me a follow up email making sure I was happy, and I explained the fit issue. They were *incredibly* responsive. They had me take and send some pics. I had a live person immediately assigned to me to get it resolved, which took no time at all. They didn’t ask for the shirt back, and just sent me another that fit perfectly. It was so easy that I decided to try a pair of jeans. Those fit the first time. I got so many unsolicited compliments on the shirt (which had to be due to the fit as the color was not unusual in any way) that I decided to order another. I’m absolutely surprised to say that people consistently compliment how I look when I wear these clothes—I’m not used to that. I now have 4 shirts and just ordered two more. I haven’t tried a suit as I rarely wear one, but would probably do a sports coat if they end up with more casual fabrics. For the convenience, the quality of the product, and the perfect fit I am a huge fan. Couldn’t recommend the service more.
I decided to just go for the big guns and order the medium blue suit. I was extremely skeptical of it all because I am a hard man to fit in suits and was fully prepared to just have to ask for a refund to get my $400 back. The suit arrived a week early, less than two weeks after my order, and when I slipped the jacket on, I was THOROUGHLY Impressed. Just from doing a dumb little twirl in my shorts, they were able to make me a suit that is not too small, is extremely comfortable to wear with room to move without being baggy and fits virtually perfectly. The only minor thing that could have been different is the pants were maybe an inch bigger than I normally wear in a waist, but I would still be able to wear them without a belt without them falling down, and a belt rectifies that issue anyway. The sleeves were perfect, better than my other Men’s Wearhouse suits, the shoulders superb, no bagginess on the backside of the pants, the break was just right, the length of the jacket was right, and the fabric feels good but breathable. I was absolutely shocked that this actually worked. I’m interested in buying clothes from here in the future to see if those experiences compare well to this experience I had. If you’re on the fence, I’d recommend just going ahead and trying it because you can either get it remade or get your money back. That was my attitude going in and I’m happy to say that I won’t be needing a refund and will be able to support this growing business that is doing some amazing things with tech.
