Bezel - Authenticated Watches

I’ve bought and sold multiple watches on Bezel. By far the best experience in the watch world. Their concierge team is top notch. I typically work with Blake, he was out sick for a few days when I had a watch live at auction. I had a question about performance and instead of radio silence (which is what I receive from most other marketplaces the majority of the time) another member of the concierge team jumped in and answered my questions immediately. In terms of the actual app. Can somebody please point me to a better shopping and browsing experience out there? It seems like they actually thought about what they were building instead of just telling some random developer to make their website into an app.

Cannot say enough good things about Bezel. If you are even a little bit into watches this app is an amazing resource. It is 100% five star service from beginning to end. Browsing Bezels large and diverse collection of watches is a fun way to kill time for any watch enthusiast, and it will help newcomers to really ramp up their knowledge of the luxury watch world. When it comes to buying a piece, I could not be more happy that I chose to go through Bezel. I purchased an “Unworn” Omega Seamaster 300 and the watch arrived within 4 days exactly as advertised: Not a scratch or mark on it, with full box, papers, and warranty. Even more importantly, BezeI allowed me to secure the piece at over a 20% discount to boutique prices. I spoke with Chris throughout the buying process who is both knowledgeable and provides exemplary customer service. He even had his team resize the watch for me before shipping. Whether you are looking to simply browse for fun or you are seriously in the market for a particular piece, Bezel has my highest recommendation. I had the opportunity to purchase and acquire my first watch from Bezel last week. A Vacheron, 7900V Overseas, Dual Time, which was advertised as being produced in the year 2021, unworn, complete with box, papers, and two additional straps. I was skeptical because I was unaware of the Bezel organization. I researched Bezel and then made contact with Chris; he is the Concierge for Bezel, and apparently often the first contact one will have if there are written or verbal inquiries. He was outstanding. Extremely professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions which took several calls. He outlined the acquisition, authentication, and delivery process. Bezel is very interesting, because after they acquire the watch from the seller, they authenticate it’s veracity in-house. This involves more than just authenticating the actual watch; there are other databases, which they also utilize to make sure the watch has not been stolen etc. I was able to follow the acquisition, authentication process, and delivery through the app. The entire process was really first rate, and truly exceptional! I received the watch completely as advertised. There was a nice hand written letter from Chris; the watch was even set to the correct time, in my time zone, to include the date. I would highly recommend Bezel for your next watch purchase and I look forward to doing future business with them. RAS
