Zenith Bank eaZymoney

This is months now into this new update and Zenith has continuously refused to be proactive about updating this app. Why push out an app that you did not fully test and is basically a Beta and then now refuse to be very proactive about updates. If not because of my intense pressure and push, users with multiple account on the same login would have to memorize acct numbers when making transfers from one account or the other because you somehow failed to realize user account names & number should show in the app when making transfers. That took you almost a month to fix. I wonder how many software engineers “The Largest Bank In Nigeria” employs because it looks like maybe it’s 1 guy in his 70’s because I’m not sure why such a simple update will take so long. You have failed to fix bank account detection and biometric transfers since launch, and even transferring a dispatch rider 2K requires pin & token every single time, even if it’s a beneficiary. Like come on! Just don’t be surprised when my money and others are gone… For me I’ve been a Zenith customer for almost 20 years, transacted billions on your platform but this is the last straw. I’m tired of your poor performance and I have opened my first account with another bank.

The Ui looks great, but the Ux is even worse than the previous version at this point. What is the point of suggesting destination banks if you are not going to include the actual likely options, when you very well know that none of the suggested destinations even have bank accounts with that name. We have better systems these days let’s do better, why constraining yourselves when you can reach the peak? When I paste an account number you should be choosing actual likely banks. I don’t want to move but I might just have to.

You guys should make changes to your app settings cos why does it always say something like network error check your internet connection when I sure am connected to the internet. ____ This is another few days after my last review, this app is wack and I promise you I’d never put money into your bank anymore until you change this stupid app to a better one. Can’t y’all pay for a better app developer? Mtcheew
