Astra Squad

Unfortunately, this game is nothing more than an ad factory. You spend more time waiting for ads then you do with the actual gameplay. You get about two minutes of gameplay and then have to sit through ads… Or for the exorbitant price of $9.99 You can take those “forced” ads away, but then anytime you create or upgrade something (which happens about every 30 seconds in this game) you need to wait 15 to 30 minutes for the queue unless you sit through an AD!!! too bad the story looks good, and the gameplay is fun. They obviously put a lot of effort into it only to ruin it by being too greedy with the advertising.

Came across this game, in the App Store randomly. Looked cool, so I download it. Unfortunately crashes right after the title screen every time. Rating at five star so hopefully the devs can see this and maybe find the issue. I’m on an older iPad Pro, GEN 1 2GB RAM though so that might be the issue.

Enjoy the gameplay, mostly, but what really ticked me off was I tried to access a loot chest the raid directed me to open. Fine, two (2) ways to open the chest, one (1); use crystals which cost money to add, or two (2); watch ad. The problem is they don’t inform you how many ads you have to watch? I watched fifteen (15) trying to access one chest! I was booted back to the start level apparently the raid levels close after some unmentioned time passes. Having to watch an ad after every two (2) minutes of play and worse the action doesn’t pause while you are involved in watching the ad the enemy continues to attack. Died seven times just because of that! The developers really did a weird build with this game.
